Chandlee Construction Company, a fully licensed and insured builder, was founded by commercial contractors Seth Chandlee and Jim Chandlee in 2005 in the high-end north-of-Atlanta suburb of Alpharetta, Georgia. Chandlee Construction is a commercial construction company serving Atlanta with commercial design-build, ground-up, shell and core, grading and utility, interior build-out, and remodel construction, as well as, site and civil development. Our commercial contracting company has the best project managers in our business, a support staff of coordinators and administrators, and a fully integrated estimating and sales team. Chandlee Construction offers collaborative design and construction negotiation to our clients. The entire build process works optimally when a client selects our firm based on their own research of our qualifications and history. We contract to provide preconstruction services (instead of the client paying the architect first). The architect is then chosen by the us and/or the client. Our firm and the client work together with the architect from the start each offering individual input which ensures the plans are affordable and the architectural design is doable regarding time and money.

As a local commercial building contractor, Chandlee has projects all over the expansive Atlanta metropolitan area. A sampling of their Atlanta projects include a Tuesday Morning store near Briarcliff Road, the Pour Taproom, Basil’s Restaurant and Tapas Bar, Ladybird Grove and Mess Hall, Donghia International, the Atlanta studio of world designer Joel Kelly, plus several suites in the Town Brookhaven development for the developer, Julian’s Cosmetics and Skin Care, and a Pizza Fire restaurant. Chandlee performed the ground-up construction of Big Sky (a bar and restaurant), built Savi Provisions (a grocer), Vitality Bowls, and the Carriage Cleaners in Buckhead. Evolation Yoga and the award-winning Aix Restaurant and Tin Tin Wine Bar are projects in Midtown Atlanta and towards the west Chandlee built-out the corporate offices for Chef Ford Fry – Rocket Farms, a Lifeline Repair, Bodies: The Exhibition, Fabulous Frocks in the Westside Provisions district, the 1485 Howell Mill Road development and another large development, Huff Trail, that included the Fairmont Event Venue, Crazy Legs Productions, Peridot Gifts, HFC Interiors, plus additional suites and all common areas. South of Atlanta Chandlee built North Fulton Metals, fast-track project for MillerZell and other commercial projects in this industrial area, as well as, various projects for developers and landlords. Chandlee has projects in Sandy Springs, Roswell, Dunwoody, Peachtree Corners, Lawrenceville, Stockbridge, Marietta, Kennesaw, Rome and across the state line.
