Chandlee Construction Company was created by Seth Chandlee and Jim Chandlee who are fully licensed and insured builders of commercial and industrial projects in Marietta, Georgia. This city is centrally located in Cobb County and is the county seat. Design-build, ground-up, shell or core, grading and utility, interior build-out, remodel or renovation construction, and site and civil development are our specialties. Our commercial contracting firm serves Marietta and all Cobb County with highly reputed project managers supported by coordinators, administrators, sales personnel and estimators. Seth Chandlee, Founding Partner, firmly believes the build of any commercial or industrial project can be performed smoothly. Therefore, Chandlee Construction offers collaborative design and construction negotiation. This process begins with the contractor and client relationship. Serving Marietta as a local commercial building contractor, Chandlee Construction has projects throughout the area. For example, our industrial and commercial construction company built a ground-up, site development project for Enterprise after building the same in Kennesaw. This particular project required the construction of separate buildings for their car rental and truck rental services. The RV Loft is another industrial project we constructed in Marietta. Chandlee Construction also built another Ankle & Foot Clinic and later a surgical unit for the same firm. The corporate headquarters for PSI Security and the complete remodel of Clear Channel Outdoor’s corporate offices are commercial projects we built-out in nearby Smyrna. Chandlee Construction also built two Tuesday Morning stores, one at Parkaire Landing and the other at Parkway Pointe in Cobb County.
