Norcross, Georgia is about twenty miles northeast of Atlanta. This city of about 15,000 residents “offers a small town feel with easy access to big-city life”, according to Great American Country. Chandlee Construction Company, founded by Seth Chandlee and Jim Chandlee, has served Norcross and Gwinnett County since our creation almost two decades back. As a fully licensed and insured builder, Chandlee Construction offers ground-up, shell/core, utility and grading, commercial interior build-out, commercial remodel and commercial renovation construction, as well as, site and civil development. We specialize in design-build construction and prefer to build using the collaborative design and construction negotiation process. This process begins when the client hires the contractor first. Both client and builder are on the exact same page at the first meeting, and from this vantage point the project can be presented to a designer or architect. This order eliminates missed items and oversights that cost any project money and time – very expensive commodities.

As local commercial contractors, Chandlee Construction constructed one very large project in Norcross, the Vehicle Processing Facility for Enterprise. This massive facility was created from the former North Atlanta Trade Center that once hosted RV and camper shows, expositions of all kinds and even bird shows. We used a prototype design for a Tuesday Morning location and expanded the gallery for R Alexander Fine Arts. In nearby Lawrenceville, our industrial and commercial construction firm created an industrial project for Enterprise on Riverside Drive. This was a ground-up project with extensive site development and two separate buildings – one for their rent-a-car services and a second for their rent-a-truck facilities. We also performed work for the Lawrenceville and Sugar Hill Enterprise locations. Chandlee Construction built-out another clinic location for Ankle and Foot in Snellville, two locations for the Burger FI franchise, a Smoothie King, and a Revelator Coffee. Currently on the drawing board is a second location for Willie Degel’s Uncle Jack’s Meat House, after such a great success with his Duluth location – another commercial build-out for Chandlee Construction.
