In 2005, Seth Chandlee and Jim Chandlee formed Chandlee Construction Company, a fully licensed and insured building firm. Our offices are in Alpharetta, (Fulton County), north of Sandy Springs in the same county. Chandlee Construction specializes in commercial design-build construction as an industrial and commercial contracting firm serving Sandy Springs. Ground-up, grading and utility, shell or core, interior build-out and commercial remodel are our specialties too.
