Chandlee Construction was established by partners Seth Chandlee and Jim Chandlee, who are fully licensed and insured contractors. As Chandlee Construction has grown, so has the city of Suwanee, although not established at the same time. Suwanee, Georgia is said to be one of the best places to live according to Kiplinger, Money Magazine, and Circle Magazine. As a former Native American village, Suwanee was established in 1837, and today is featured as a lively and youthful place to raise a family. Chandlee Construction serves Suwanee and all of Gwinnett County offering design-build, shell or core, ground-up, utility and grading, commercial remodel and interior build-out construction, along with site and civil development. Seth Chandlee believes every industrial and commercial construction project can operate smoothly from start to finish. As a local commercial building contractor, Chandlee Construction has projects in Suwanee that include the fabulous offices for Brightfire and a Bach to Rock franchise. In nearby Sugar Hill and Buford, we built Enterprise Rent-a-Car locations in both cities, a Creamistry ice cream shop near The Mall of Georgia, and a Planet Fitness in Buford. Our firm also built Burger FI and Revelator Coffee franchises in Peachtree Corners and another Burger FI in Lawrenceville. Our professional construction firm built-out Uncle Jack’s Meat House in Duluth with a second location on the drawing board for Peachtree Corners.
