Hector Franco was born in the city of Copan Ruinas in Honduras, a Mayan city. His parents and his sister still live in Honduras today. Hector came to United States to discover a better opportunity for himself and to help his family. He lives in the Atlanta area with his wife, Yolanda Sanchez, and his son, Joshua Interiano.
Hector met a Chandlee and Sons’ superintendent on a jobsite while he was working for a sub-contractor. The superintendent told Seth about his work ethic – Hector was offered a position with Chandlee and Sons Construction if he wanted it. He began working for the company in 2012 – he is our longest serving employee.
Hector is dedicated to always doing his very best. He has done every possible kind of work that can be done on a commercial construction site including demolition, painting, carpentry, deliveries and cleaning. Hector is a Project Manager and is responsible for working with other managers and employees on the jobsite. Because of his long experience with the company he knows exactly how to get things done.
When Hector is not working he enjoys watching football, listening to music, playing the guitar and riding his bicycle.
