Seth and Jim were joined with a team of craftsmen for the ground-up construction of the Big Sky restaurant and bar off of Roswell Road in north Atlanta which opened in February 2014. This project involved the development of a commercial kitchen in s tight space and a bar that opens to the outside in warm weather, along with complete dining facilities located both inside and outside of the building.
Ladybird Mess Hall and Music Grove, located in the Fourth Ward area of Atlanta, is another commercial project that teamed the Chandlee crew with Seth, Managing Partner. This project involved the complete conversion of an old former cotton mill into an eclectic dining and drinking venue with a kitchen designed to serve a large number of people. The property offers has a variety of interior and exterior dining and drinking spaces along the Eastside Trail of the Atlanta Beltline.
