Chandlee Construction Company signed a contract with Enterprise Leasing Company of Georgia, LLC, on March 13, 2018 for the construction of an Enterprise office inside of an existing Mitsubishi dealership in Conyers, Georgia. 
The architects for this commercial project are Baldwin Architectural Group in Atlanta whose website is http://architecturalfirmatlanta.com/.
The office for Enterprise will be construction inside the dealership by dividing the space currently fully occupied by the dealership. Common spaces and utilities will be shared. Restrooms will be accessible to the public from both businesses. The existing space is 17,850 square feet and Enterprise will use 1,134 square feet of it.
This retail project is under the supervision of Chandlee Construction’ Project Manager, Mike McCall. The new space will contain a lobby in front with a long service counter. There will be two rows of work stations behind the counter. A dividing wall will be constructed at the back of the space – behind it will be an office, and a locker room that accesses both the front lobby and the dealership portion of the building.
