Under this category we include projects performed by Chandlee & Sons Construction Company that are small in scope, like the commercial plumbing project we performed at Chef Ford Fry’s St. Cecilia restaurant. We also include our televised projects, the residential projects Seth and Jim worked on together and those few that defy definition.
The majority of our reality television projects are found under this category as they are residential in scope. Two of the residential projects featured here were for the Arts and Entertainment Network show “Sell This House: Extreme” with construction expert Charlie Frattini. The other televised residential project was a less intense kitchen remodel with the well-known designer, Lauren Makk. Our only televised fast-track commercial project was with Jon Taffer host of “Bar Rescue” for the Spike TV network. This commercial remodel project is found under the “Restaurants, Bars” category.
When Seth Chandlee and his dad, Jim Chandlee, formed Chandlee and Sons Construction Company they undertook ground-up and remodel residential projects to utilize their design skills and get their company’s name out there. These projects were the Wood, Estroff and McGill residential projects. This was followed by the ground-up build of Bethany Bend Village Office Park and three design/build office projects in John Weiland’s Braeburn Village.
