Chandlee Construction was the commercial contractor on a retail build out project located in a small four-unit strip Center in Fayetteville, Georgia. The scope of this job for Yem’s Tire was a 1,000 square foot build out of an end unit with a ground up addition of 3,000 square feet. Seth Chandlee and Jim Chandlee matched the exterior finishes with the ground up structure adjoining an existing end unit and completed all required site work. The 1,000 square foot space contains the public areas with a waiting room, service desk and public restroom and the 3,000 square foot addition contains offices, storage and a two-bay garage. Chandlee Construction is located in Alpharetta and they are a premier commercial and retail construction firm with projects all around the Atlanta area.
