The new corporate headquarters for U.S. SOUTH PLUMBING was a design/build project for Chandlee Construction Company. The project involves expanding the existing space by 4,000 square feet – the new larger spaceincludes a 4,100 square foot office.
The existing steel building was expanded by Chandlee Construction. Our portion of the project included concrete forming, footing details, footing bolts and a foundation plan. U.S. Plumbing performed the site work, grading, underground plumbing and other miscellaneous work. A provision for the electrical work was written in contract.
Interior wood framing; a new mezzanine with decking, railing and stairs; carpet and epoxy paint for the floors; a 10’ piece of countertop; rubber cove trim; one large exterior door along with interior and overhead doors; a new HVAC system; and painting were also part of the work performed by Chandlee Construction.
