Chandlee Construction Company, a fully licensed and insured builder, was founded by commercial contractors Seth Chandlee and Jim Chandlee in 2005. We are a commercial contracting firm specializing in design-build, ground-up, shell and core, grading and utility, interior build-out, and remodel construction, as well as, site and civil development serving Kennesaw and all North Georgia. Our commercial construction company has the best project managers in our business, a support staff of coordinators and administrators, and a fully integrated estimating and sales team. Chandlee Construction offers collaborative design and construction negotiation to our clients. The entire build process works optimally when a client selects our firm based on their own research of our qualifications and history. We contract to provide preconstruction services (instead of the client paying the architect first). The architect is then chosen by the us and/or the client. Our firm and the client work together with the architect from the start each offering individual input which ensures the plans are affordable and the architectural design is doable regarding time and money.

As a local commercial building contractor, Chandlee Construction has projects in Kennesaw. For example, we performed work for the developers of the Village at Town Park center, built the retail location for Mowtown USA, and a large ground-up commercial project for Enterprise – the construction of two buildings (car and truck rental facilities) with adjoining parking and service lots and car washes. This latter project required extensive site and civil development. Our industrial construction firm built another ground-up, site development project for Enterprise in nearby Marietta. In this ever-growing suburb of Atlanta, Chandlee built The RV Loft, another industrial project. We also built another Ankle & Foot Clinic, a surgical unit for the same firm, the corporate headquarters for PSI Security and the complete remodel of Clear Channel Outdoor’s corporate offices in nearby Smyrna. In this same county of Cobb, Chandlee built two Tuesday Morning stores, one at Parkaire Landing and the other at Parkway Pointe. We have commercial construction projects in Johns Creek, Peachtree Corners, Cumming, Canton, Buford, Suwanee, Buckhead, Chamblee, Lithia Springs, Cartersville, and across the expansive metro area, North Georgia and beyond.
