BUSINESS DEVELOPER
Chandlee Holdings is always looking for that one special person who can further develop our brand by expanding its awareness into new markets. A person who can secure the value of our brand of services with companies and individuals that will be with us for the long-term by developing these connections into strong professional relationships.
Responsibilities:
Expand our company brand by further developing growth opportunities within our companies
Expand our company brand between our organization and other organizations
Create long term value for our company brand by building, managing and leveraging relationships
with established clients, our employees, the press, etc.
Identify possible new markets to enable our companies to reach new customers and establish new
solid relationships
Collaborate and integrate knowledge and feedback from each department within each company
Identify weak areas in each company and determine if growth can be implemented successfully
Create a business model and business plan for each company
Qualifications:
Strong experience in sales, marketing, financial services, investment banking or management
consulting
Possess skillsets in sales, finance, marketing, mergers and acquisitions, the legal field, strategic
management, proposal management or capture management
An understanding of commercial construction methods, terminology and procedures
5+ years of experience in one or more of the fields listed above
This full-time position includes benefits, competitive salary and paid time off. The salary is based on experience.
