Matt McClure –  “I can’t express the gratitude and admiration I have for Chandlee Construction! I was on a trip to Paris one week before the sale of my building in Atlanta and my big move to California. I get a call to let me know a massive oak tree fell right on top of my Commercial Building. Being in Paris, I felt completely helpless and after calling a number of other local places in Atlanta, who were all 3 months out from starting new jobs, I luckily found Seth at Chandlee Construction. Within an hour they sent Mike ( A Project Manager) out to access the damage, who was an absolute God send. He spent the next 8 hours covering my roof to make sure no rain would get inside and damage the property any further. Seth then immediately started working on getting the permits required to get the house put back together. Chandlee Construction created a Permit Set, Expedited the Plans and Permit within two weeks through City of Atlanta and worked directly with the insurance adjuster to make sure everything was fixed correctly and paid for by the insurance company. The whole process was stress free thanks to the amazing job they did. Mike worked with the New Buyer of my Property to make sure he was happy as well.( The Property was days away from closing when the tree took out the roof) I was still able to make my move to California on time and the Building was completely done in a record time of six weeks. The insurance adjuster couldn’t believe it, the new buyer was happy and I was stress free throughout the horrible situation.

If you have any kind of work needed on your Commercial Property or House for that matter, I would highly recommend Seth at Chandlee Construction and his team. Mike was personally assigned to me and handled everything beyond my expectations!
