Leigh Burley was born in Schenectady, New York; raised in Tallahassee, Florida; and moved to Georgia with her family in 1990. She attended Pebblebrook High School where she studied vocal performance and drama as part of their CCCEPA program (musical theater). In college Leigh studied Bioscience and English Literature.

She gained first-hand knowledge of construction and repairs working with her father, Ron Cline. He worked in the multi-family maintenance industry all Leigh’s life and is currently the National Director of Service and Instruction at Cortland Brothers. Her mother was a System Software Specialist for newspaper firms and is retired now.

Leigh’s work experience began when she became the service housing coordinator for an emergency temporary housing company where she was responsible for handling the maintenance service for a national fleet of temporary housesfor displaced families. In 2016, Leigh was given the opportunity to work in the commercial facilities maintenance industry as a Project Coordinator specializing in large commercial remodel projects including structures lost to water and fire damage and mold remediation.

Her 15-year-old daughter, Alexis, and 5-year-old son, Colton, are glad to call Leigh mom – they live together in Alpharetta.  Besides enjoying time with her children, she sings and cheers on the Florida State Seminole’s football team.

Leigh was referred to Chandlee Construction Company by a friend. She is a welcomed addition to the teamwith her experience in construction and helping others. Leigh began in administration and moved to estimating in the late summer of 2018.
