Chandlee Construction Company began their second retail project in the Abernathy Square center in Sandy Springs, Georgia on January 31, 2015. This project was a fast-track remodel for Alex the Jeweler. Our office is located 6631 Roswell Rd STE E, Sandy Springs, GA and we serve the entire metropolitan Atlanta area.
The scope for the 1,000 square foot space required our crew to completely gut the interior including removing the entire heating and cooling system. This required a crane. We constructed a new system consisting of multiple units, ducting, returns, and a thermostat. A new drop ceiling was installed throughout the entire space using grids and insulating tiles. Our crew also installed the latest LED technology for the lighting system in the ceiling, the emergency lights and the exit signs. As this is a jewelry store, a large number of security cameras were placed in strategic locations throughout the space. We also corrected several issues with the building as this was the first remodel within the space in over thirty years.
