Chandlee and Sons Construction Company was hired by an Alpharetta businessman to construct a sports arena. But this was not your everyday sports arena – this one was to be located entirely inside a retail space.
The scope of this tenant finish project included the construction of a football field, an area dedicated to gymnastics, batting cages and another dedicated area for exercise and training. Also included in the plan was an office and sitting area, a lobby, a party room, restrooms and an employee kitchen. The design required Chandlee Construction to create a variety of custom built-in structures.
