Alpharetta Convention and Visitor’s Bureau
Chandlee and Sons Construction Company was chosen by the Alpharetta Convention and Visitor’s Bureau and Welcome Center in the fall of 2009 to build-out their new office facility in the heart of Alpharetta in the Park Place Center at 178 South Main Street. The scope of this commercial project was to construct six office suites, a conference room, a break room, equipment rooms, and two main lobbies within the entire 4,500 square foot main floor of this large commercial building.
The finishes were very specific including the use of dark woods for the trim, doors and casings as well as the display cases. The choice of carpeting had to stand up to very heavy foot traffic and enhance the choice of furnishings while presenting an atmosphere of quiet elegance. Chandlee and Sons Construction succeeded in creating exactly what the client had in mind.
Janet Rogers, CEO with Alpharetta Convention and Visitor’s Bureau had this to say: Jim and his crew were such a pleasure to work with on the build-out of our new office space. Chandlee and Sons Construction did an outstanding, quality job and we were very pleased with the outcome of our new office suite. We highly recommend their services to anyone looking to build, remodel, or expand their commercial facilities with a dependable and trustworthy contractor.
