As Chandlee Construction Company designed and built more facilities for Enterprise, L.L.C., it was time to expand the portfolio by bringing all the commercial projects that are associated with the rent, sales and service of cars and trucks under one heading. The objective being to make it as easy for prospective clients to quickly see a project that peaks their interest.

Under this new category are the larger projects Chandlee Construction has completed for the Enterprise brand and a few others, like the two-stage project for Main Street Automotive Service, formerly a Merlin’s franchise. As you will determine, some of the projects for Enterprise have been build-out projects or remodels but, there is also the first prototype project constructed from the ground-up, Enterprise Riverside in Lawrenceville, Georgia. This ground-up project was soon followed by a repeat of the prototype in the Kennesaw, Georgia store and the Park Brooke location in Marietta – both in Cobb County. There is recent project, Enterprise Conyers, where the rental and sales office was constructed inside of the Mitsubishi dealership. And check out the Enterprise Exotic, a unique store located in Alpharetta for the client who only wants to rent and drive a very luxurious vehicle.

We have expanded our services for Enterprise to include job site inspections. We have a dedicated employee to checks every Enterprise location for problems with site and exterior lighting and vacuums and car wash components.
