Chandlee Construction Company signed a contract on August 9, 2016 with Robert L. Hart, owner of Belle Couture, LLC, out of Charleston, South Carolina for the interior renovation of his small retail bridal shop, FABULOUS FROCKS, in the Westside Provisions District, an upscale retail area of high-end shops for home goods, fashion, and elegant restaurants in Atlanta, Georgia.
