Chandlee Construction Company signed a contract for the ground-up, design-build construction of NORTH FULTON METALS AND RECYCLING with owner, Mike Sateikam, on January 9, 2017. This commercial construction project is under the expert supervision of Jim Chandlee, founding partner of Chandlee Construction.
The scope of the project involved demolition; new plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems including a sprinkler system; and two gas heater window units. This Alpharetta, Georgia project also included a complete building exterior and interior with framing, insulation, a drop ceiling, and trim paint for new doors and windows. Flooring was not included in initial the bid.
Chandlee Construction signed a contract with Mike Sateika on January 29, 2019 for additional work on his business. The scope of the work within 1,000 square feet of the facility included providing and installing framing, drywall with rockwool insulation and ceilings, and a demising wall. We also provided and installed a storefront, a hollow metal door for the rear of the building and six interior doors. The plumbing contractor provided all necessary plumbing for a restroom and a new three-ton HVAC unit was installed. All required electrical and finishes were supplied and installed. Our crew also installed an eight-foot base cabinet and wall cabinets, a bullet proof pay window, and all necessary flooring. We also poured a concrete foundation and installed a weight scale.
