Chandlee Construction Company was chosen as the commercial contractor for a series of high-end tenant-finish projects in John Wieland’s Braeburn Village, a mixed use development in the Crabapple community of Alpharetta, Georgia. This third project for Chandlee Construction at Braeburn Village was a two-story, southern style building that was the showpiece Atlanta headquarters for SIMOS Insourcing Solutions.
The employees and clients of SIMOS now occupy a beautiful, light-filled building with an enjoyable working environment that was created by Chandlee Construction Company. This design-build, retail, commercial and light industrial contracting firm is located in Alpharetta and serves the entire metro Atlanta area.
