Welcome to the PORTFOLIO for Chandlee Construction Company. This tab features many of the design/build, build-out and remodel projects contracted with our commercial contracting firm.
Every so often we must expand the number of categories in our Portfolio. We recently added new categories in the fields of health and medicine, and in music, design, art and production. The areas of construction that are growing in the Atlanta area, and therefore for Chandlee Construction, is restaurants and bars, automotive and the categories mentioned above.
The expansion of our projects related to the medical and health fields has grown to include Medical Offices, Laboratories, Surgical Centers, and Health Services.
We also created the Developments category because a portion of our commercial work is contracted directly with a developer, whether the development is a shopping center, a mall, or what is now a growing area of development called repurposing or revitalization. The projects under the Huff Trail Destination is such a revitalized development.
Two new categories for us is Movie and TV Production and Churches and Schools. We currently have one project under each new category. The Crazy Legs Production project is part of the Huff Trail Destination. The Oak Leaf Church project is unique as the scope of our work included remodeling a portion of the church for activities but also creating a coffee bar within the structure.
The pull-down menu to the left is in blue, except when you open certain categories where you will see some projects featured in red. The red highlights projects that have been recorded in a 3D film format by VantagePoint. These 3D walk-through presentations are featured on the Home Page of this website and, also on the Media page under the News tab in the menu bar above.
Chandlee Construction has a portfolio category that is unique for most commercial building firms, the Network Television category. Under this category are remodel projects, mostly residential, that we contracted with the Arts and Entertainment Network and Spike TV to build.
We provide a page for every project that has a written description of the scope of the work performed along with photographic documentation of the progress. We make every effort to secure photos but sometimes the project moves too quickly through stages to keep up. Also, once the business is open it can be difficult for a staff member to gain access to get photos of the finished project.
Additional information about our company is found on our Home Page, biographies under the About tab, and through our Chandlee Construction Company Facebook Page at https://www.facebook.com/chandleeandsons/, and other social media.
