Peridot – Suite B, Huff Trail

Chandlee Construction Company signed a contract in March 21, 2018 with Dan Connor (Fairmont Flats, LLC) representing Kim King Associates, developer, for the build-out of Suite B, whose tenant is Peridot, an Atlanta retailer. It is located at Peridot on-the-line 1429 Fairmont Ave. Suite B Atlanta GA 30318. The website for the Peridot – Suite B is www.simplyperidot.com.

The scope of the work performed by Chandlee Construction on this commercial project performed for Peridot was to construct a fifty-inch separation wall, install blocking for barn doors, case in door openings and add forty-two inches of a partition wall, and create a glass storefront. The crews entered this raw unfinished space to create an up-to-code, clean environment for the tenant to create their business.

This commercial build-out project at the Huff Trail development is under the expert supervision of Project Manager, Jim Beggs.
