Chandlee and Sons Construction Company signed a contract in March 21, 2018 with Dan Connor (Fairmont Flats, LLC) representing Kim King Associates, developer, for the build-out of Suite B, whose tenant is Peridot, an Atlanta retailer.
The scope of the work performed by Chandlee and Sons Construction on this commercial project performed for Peridot was to construct a fifty-inch separation wall, install blocking for barn doors, case in door openings and add forty-two inches of a partition wall, and create a glass storefront. The crews entered this raw unfinished space to create an up-to-code, clean environment for the tenant to create their business.
This commercial build-out project at the Huff Trail development is under the expert supervision of Project Manager, Jim Beggs.

The electrical contractor is responsible for installing three boxes and conduit for Cat5 low voltage, five 6-foot by 10-foot handing systems for chandeliers (each will have its own 20-amp circuit), The scope of the work includes penetrating through the existing brick wall for an additional 20-amp circuit for four exterior mounted lanterns. The crew will also install additional outlets and switches.
What exactly is Peridot. It is the creation of Dina Woodruff, an Atlanta native, who created a casual, inviting store where a customer can walk in and locate the perfect gift. Since 1989 she has provided unexpected, unusual, and classic goods gathered locally and from far away. She maintains the spirit of Atlanta – its history diversity and energy. Dina has created a shopping escape now in the Huff Trail – a westside destination in Suite B at 1429 Fairmont Avenue in northwest Atlanta.
