Shawn Duvall – Manager of Estimating

Shawn Duvall is the Manager of Estimating & Preconstruction at Chandlee Construction. He joined the team in March of 2018. He was brought in to run and manage the department but since day one has worked to streamline and modernize how Chandlee Construction pursues and estimates jobs.

Huntington Beach, California is where Shawn was born, but he moved a lot as a child and finally settled in the North Georgia mountains in his early twenties. Shawn’s career experience comes from working in both the construction and technology industries in some capacity since he was twelve. Beginning as a laborer, he worked his way into the office and then to the position of Senior Estimator and Project Manager by applying his experience in technology and construction. In this position Shawn was responsible for employees and projects all over the country. His experience and determination has lead to hundreds of estimated and awarded projects ranging in size from several thousand to thirty million dollars and working on projects in almost every state.
