Chandlee Construction Company Asks,“Tennis Anyone?”

Dale Queen signed with Chandlee & Sons on January 6, 2015 for the design/build of his Your Service Tennis franchise. This 1,200 square foot tenant finish project required some initial demolition. The heating and air conditioning system was relocated and upgraded. A restroom, a storage room, an office and a sink room were created. Specific lighting was installed and the entire spaced was finished to the owner’s specifications.  Jim Chandlee, partner and co-owner of Chandlee & Sons presented the Certificate of Occupancy to Dale on January 21. April Huckaby, was our assistant project manager on this commercial build located in the Haynes Bridge Market Place at 3000 Old Alabama Road in Suite 114 in Johns Creek, Georgia.
