Chandlee Construction Completes 2nd Project for Retail Planning Group

This project for Alex the Jeweler was a fast-track remodel completed in just 5 days! April Huckaby, our manager on this project, began on January 31, 2015 and wrapped it up on February 4 using two dozen crew members in overlapping schedules. The scope required the space to be completed gutted including removing the heating and cooling system with a crane. A new system was installed, along with a large number of security cameras placed strategically throughout the store. A new ceiling was installed including special LED lighting – LED technology was also used in the emergency lights and exit signs. Many issues were address during the build-out as the space had not been updated in over thirty years. Alex the Jeweler is also the second project for Chandlee & Sons in the Abernathy Square center in Sandy Springs, Georgia.
