Chandlee Construction Completes Demo on ACE Hardware

The demotion of the interior of the building on Highway 140 – Arnold Mill Road – that will soon house the new ACE HARDWARE has been completed. This was originally a six-unit strip center – now the dividing walls between the units have been removed. The space is now ready for all the new mechanicals to be installed along with walls and the floor finishes. This newest location for ACE Hardware will also have an extensive outdoor garden supply area. The project is currently waiting for of the required permitting to be completed so Chandlee Construction Company can move forward with construction the details of the build-out.
