Chandlee & Sons Construction Prepares New Studio for Joel Kelly

Chandlee Construction Company has a crew on a new retail tenant finish project. The client is Joel Kelly, a residential architectural design, furniture design and interior design firm with offices in Atlanta; New York; St. Simons Island; Hilton Head; Highlands, North Carolina; Rio De Janeiro, Brazil; and Paris.

This retail build-out project is located in the professional artistic neighborhood between Lindberg Drive and Peachtree Battle Road in The Galleries of Peachtree Hills. The scope of the project is to remove the walls between two separate retail spaces in order to open the space up into one larger space within thirty-six hours. Very beautiful, high quality carpet is being installed, every surface is being painted and specific trim materials are being added to prepare the space for Joel Kelly to put his mark on his newest design studio.

Chandlee and Sons Construction is a commercial, retail, and light industrial contracting firm located in Alpharetta, Georgia. The owners are Seth Chandlee, and his partner and father, Jim Chandlee.
