Chandlee & Sons Construction Turns over White Box for Scottrade

Chandlee Construction Company just completed the white box design/build for Scottrade in the Town Brookhaven development in north Atlanta. During the months of May, June and July our crews worked diligently to prepare the 1,800 plus square foot blank space for Scottrade to finish it out with the company’s specific design.

Our crew installed the underground utilities, the three stage electrical services, and all the necessary mechanicals for a business to operate. The white box finish also included restrooms, storage and the heating and cooling system. We took this space from thebare walls the bare walls to the stage where the tenant could move in to apply their paint colors, floor finishes, custom details and dividing walls for offices.
