Chandlee & Sons Construction has Verizon on the Horizon

Chandlee Construction Company just completed a white box finish for Verizon in the Saddle Brook center in Johns Creek. Because the space formerly contained a yogurt retail store, our crew had to demolish the space back to the bare walls. Under the project supervision of April Huckaby the concrete floor was cleaned, a new drop ceiling was installed, repairs were made to the dry wall and all wall surfaces were primed. We also upgraded the electrical and plumbing systems and the cooling and heating mechanicals. All the work was completed in less than two months turning over the project to Verizon for their custom finishes before the end of July 2015.
