Chandlee Construction Undertakes Tenant Finish for D.E. Fine Arts

Chandlee and Sons newest client is D. E. FINE ARTS with the upgrade and build-out for their newest studio and showroom located on Peachtree Parkway in Norcross, Georgia. The space is 10,000 square feet – one half of the current space will be upgraded and the other half will be completely built-out. Half of the 10,000 square feet is dedicated as a gallery that will feature works by Navarro, Alvin, Picasso and Daly as well as other works from artists around the world.  The scope of the project is framing new walls, hanging dry wall, installing new mechanicals: plumbing, electrical and HVAC; and polishing all the concrete floors. The newest gallery in Peachtree Corners for D.E. Fine Arts is scheduled to be completed in one month.
