Chandlee ConstructionConstruction Performs Total Finish for Total Nutrition

Owners Ashley Tolisano and Derek J. Fedo sign Chandlee Construction for the tenant finish of their Total Nutrition franchise in early January 2015. The project’s scope included bringing all of the mechanicals up to code, constructing an employee restroom and storage room,and also a cash/wrap stand at the back of the retail portion of the store. By January 29 work was completed, inspections had passed, a new sign was mounted on the exterior of the building and the Certificate of Occupancy was presented to the Ashley and Derek by Seth Chandlee, partner at Chandlee and Sons, and April Huckaby, assistant project manager.

The owners expressed their gratitude to Seth and April for their diligence in handling the lease negotiations with two companies, creating separate billing, and going the extra mile with free upgrades by presenting gift cards to each of them.Total Nutrition is located in the Abernathy Square center at 6516 Roswell Road in Sandy Springs, Georgia.
