“The Colorful World Called‘Chad Thai’” – A Design/Build by Chandlee & Sons Construction

Jim Chandlee and Seth Chandlee, owners of Chandlee and Sons Construction, and the crew are nearing completion of the Chad ThaiUrban Asian Kitchen. On February 20, 2015,April, assistant project manager, began the design of the color washed wood wall reusing pallet planks in a random pattern – it represents the colors found in typical Asian markets.

The design includes walnut butcher block countertops held up by metal pipes, a gorgeous stainless steel open kitchen, and subway tile on the walls in the kitchen and prep area. Racks of spices will soon be constructed on specifically chosen walls. Jim, Seth and the crew continued working during the ice storms that moved through Atlanta the last week of February. The grand opening is schedule for a month away. Chad Thai is located in Deerfield Place facing Highway 9 next door to Firehouse Subs in Alpharetta, Georgia.
