Crabapple Financial

Crabapple Financial is a very elegant stand-alone two-story building located in John Wieland’s Braeburn Village. This mixed use development is in the Crabapple community of Alpharetta. Chandlee and Sons Construction Company was the chosen Alpharetta commercial contractor for this complete $300,000 high-end build-out.

Upon entering the lobby you will discover beautifully appointed offices and a conference room.

You will ascend the custom-built oak and wrought iron staircase to the upper floor to additional well-lighted office spaces for a total of 12 suites.

The wall finishes are gorgeous custom board and batten with a 48″ wainscot throughout the space. The foyers, hallways, conference room and secretaries’ offices are milled, hand-scraped exotic Brazilian walnut. Other areas including additional office suites are elegantly carpeted. Many of the doorways are arched with columns.

Chandlee Construction worked hand and hand with designer, Missy Dyches, on this project. She also worked with Chandlee Construction on a subsequent building project for SIMOS located in the same development.
