TOWN BROOKHAVEN – JULIAN’S COSMETICS – A SEMPLER DEVELOPMENT
In the recently incorporated area of Town Brookhaven, Chandlee Construction Company began work Wednesday, April 3 on a retail project for Sempler Development. The project is a tenant interior build-out of a 2,500, square foot double space in this very high end retail development. The thirty foot high space is uniquely fitted out for the retail store front of Julian’s Cosmetics.

The space will be built-out with floating acrylic ceilings, wood flooring and acid etched concrete floors. It will contain designated spa treatment areas, bathrooms, an employee kitchen, storage areas, and a unique floating cantilevered wrapping wall for the cashing out area. Chandlee and Son Construction will install a state-of-the art wireless sound system, a complete security system and trendy lighted glass shelving for product display. This retail build-out on Peachtree Street in the Metro Atlanta area will be completed in forty-five days.
