Napa warehouse interior/exterior remodel

Chandlee Construction Company just finished a 90,000 square foot complete interior and exterior remodel project for Napa Auto on Fulton Industrial Boulevard in southwest Atlanta. The Chandlee Construction team divided the space into two 45,000 square foot commercial areas that contain four offices, two four-stall bathrooms, employee kitchens and break rooms as well as expansive warehouse storage. Every surface of the structure; the walls, ceilings and floor were completely cleaned, patched, painted and fully restored. Every foot of the storage area received new striping and every door was replaced. The latest up-to-date HVAC system was installed and every foot of the plumbing piping was replaced. The exterior of the expansive concrete building was also cleaned, patched, repaired and finished. An exterior security system was installed as well as new exterior gates. In the process Chandlee Construction Construction completely demolished an existing smaller building that was located between two larger warehouse buildings on the property for Napa to now use as outside storage while making access to the commercial warehouse buildings more convenient.

Chandlee Construction Company will begin an extension of the Napa project shortly by replacing of over 200 three–foot tall overhead lighting units with specialized motion detection fixtures made by Philips. These new fixtures will be located over each isle cutting on and off as the forklifts pass underneath. This new installation will save the company a great deal of money in electrical charges.
