Jeremy Rowe, Field Operator and Tim Huffman, Assistant Project Manager, with Chandlee Construction successfully completed a small remodel project for the EL DON MEXICAN BAR AND GRILL. The scope was to extend the span of the bar completely across the restaurant. The existing bar was in a tiny corner in the space. The work required a small demo on the existing bar, adding new plumbing to accommodate new fixtures, building an island bar adjacent to the new one, and adding a column to hide the plumbing pipes that ran into the ceiling. During the build Andy Cook, Manager of Chandlee Electric, added electrical outlets to power refrigerators and other equipment. The remodel build took about 2 weeks with the bar itself being fully functional in only five days. The remainder of the time was used for touching up paint, other finishes and troubleshooting.
