The Nest Cafe is a privately owned commercial build-out project for Chandlee Construction Company that will raise the bar high for restaurants in Alpharetta, Georgia. It is located in the new Alpharetta Lofts midrise on Canton Street in the heart of downtown within walking distance of the new Alpharetta City Hall.
Seth Chandlee, Managing Partner of Chandlee Construction and CEO of Chandlee Holdings, made this comment after signing the contract, “The Nest is a prodigy of the high-end WB Interior’s located in the Avalon development, also in Alpharetta. The scope of the project includes two public restrooms and a separate one for the employees; a large angled dining room filled with windows; ample storage and a large commercial kitchen. The finishes are valued engineered in order to give the client the desire elements at the best possible price.
