Chandlee Construction Company signed a contract for the design, permit and build of the WILD WING CAFÉ in The Plaza at Windward center in Alpharetta, Georgia which is a Retail Planning Corporation development. Seth Chandlee, Managing Partner at Chandlee Construction commented on May 11, 2016, “The new and improved Wild Wing Cafe is coming soon. The moment this tenant improvement project is out of permitting our crews will begin! All contracts have been executed.”
The scope of the work to be performed for this project is to construct a ground-up enclosed patio on the exterior of the existing building. The existing patio including the slab will be demolished and removed. The new structure will be built of insulated metal siding with masonry and stucco, overhead doors, gutters, a glass storefront, interior walls made of pine, a painted ceiling, and a stained concrete floor. All required HVAC, electrical and plumbing will be added.
Chandlee Construction visited the site on Memorial Day and made this comment, “It is two weeks until this Wild Wings Cafe location gets a nice addition!”
